Planstatus displays which revision the issuing office has recorded for a code. That office alone is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and currency of these entries. The operator does not check the entries and cannot check them.

The answer does not replace a drawing approval

It states the recorded revision — it is not a permission, not a confirmation of readiness for execution, and not a check of the drawing content. Whether work, ordering or construction may proceed from a drawing is decided by the approval of the responsible office, not by what this page shows. Whoever uses a drawing remains responsible for checking it; in case of doubt, ask the office that issued it.

Availability

The service is operated without any assurance of a particular availability. Outages, maintenance windows, network and display errors are possible. If no answer appears, or if it appears implausible, the drawing must be treated as unchecked.

Liability

The operator is liable for damages only in cases of intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except for personal injury. Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected. The respective provider is responsible for the content of linked external sites.
